Moon Child Properties, LLC. is a family owned and run business which is changing the landscape of residential construction in the greater New Jersey Shore Area. What started out as small tribute to our late father, has turned into a passion. 

As Moon Child Properties, LLC. strives to achieve the greatest finished product for our customers as well as a simplified and streamlined process. Attention to detail is our forte, however our customer service, transparency, and accessibility have quickly become strong holds of our company.
